Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to customers in their own homes and local communities
- Assist customers with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of care plans and support plans for customers
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.48
- Double pay on bank holidays
