About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at ECL. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to regain their independence and live safely and independently in their own homes and local communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to customers in their own homes and local communities
  • Assist customers with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and support plans for customers

Requirements
