BWD Search & Selection is working with a leading Pensions Consultancy to find a skilled Client Relationship Manager to support their team in Glasgow.

This role is ideal for an experienced Pensions professional with a strong background in DB Pensions consulting and client relationship management. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to deliver complex information in a clear and concise manner, and have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients.

The Client Relationship Manager will play a key role in providing advice to key clients, supporting projects, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in DB Pensions, with a strong understanding of client-facing experience, project management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to clients on DB Pensions matters
  • Support projects and initiatives to deliver business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5 years' minimum experience in DB Pensions
  • Strong client-facing experience and excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships
  • Pension-related qualification or desire to obtain one
