About the Role

Canon UK is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Management team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level professional to join a leading global brand and contribute to the success of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the overall management and monitoring of Supply Chain logistics operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of goods.
  • Produce and analyze logistics forecast reports, identify trends, and implement process improvements to enhance service levels and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with third-party partners to ensure they meet required Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and resolve any exceptions or disputes.
  • Administer customs entries, monitor daily inbound shipments, and ensure accurate and timely completion of all logistics-related tasks.
  • Develop and distribute weekly and monthly reports on inbound and outbound movements, analyzing trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience in logistics, preferably with a mix of air, sea, and truck operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Basic project management skills and experience working in a Business Operations/Supply Chain environment.
