About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Relief Duty Care Manager to join our team at Ellisfield Court. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of our development and providing exceptional care and support to our homeowners.
As a Relief Duty Care Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our residents. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the development, managing staff, and ensuring that all residents receive the highest level of care and attention.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Supervise and support the Care and Support teams, ensuring they deliver high-quality care in accordance with company standards.
- Manage the security of the development, implementing safety procedures and responding to emergencies effectively.
- Coordinate and facilitate social activities and events, promoting a sense of community and well-being among residents.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a care or support environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the care sector.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and showing leadership qualities.
