Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide support to individuals with learning disabilities. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our service users to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with learning disabilities
- Assist with daily activities, such as personal care and household tasks
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with service users
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities
- A valid driver's license (as this role requires driving)
