We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Visitor Services Assistant.
In this role, you will engage with guests across various areas, assisting different teams in providing exceptional customer service.
Compensation: £11.50 per hour
Contract Type: Fixed-term until 30th September 2025
Working Hours: This position is hourly paid and fixed-term. While we strive to maintain a consistent schedule, flexibility is required as adjustments may be necessary to meet business needs. Most shifts will occur on weekends and public holidays.

For this position, candidates will be required to complete an online assessment instead of submitting a CV or application form. This will help us better understand your strengths and provide additional information about the role.
Working Environment
Reporting to the Welcome Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team working at a prominent location.
Key Responsibilities
As a Visitor Services Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting various teams by welcoming and assisting our guests. Each day will bring new experiences as you interact with a diverse range of visitors and assist in multiple areas. Your tasks may include welcoming guests upon arrival, replenishing merchandise in the shop, and maintaining cleanliness in the café. Most importantly, you will engage with visitors, addressing their inquiries to ensure they have everything they need for an enjoyable experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and eager to learn about visitor operations.
