Job Summary:

Chadwick Lawrence, a leading local law firm, is seeking an experienced Corporate lawyer to join our growing Corporate team. As a key member of our team, you will work on a wide range of quality instructions, including transactional corporate work, complex group re-organisations, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory.

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious lawyer who wants to develop their technical and commercial skills further. Your caseload will include all areas of business law, with a focus on leading on transactional corporate work. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile cases and contribute to the growth and success of our Corporate team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on transactional corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate finance transactions
  • Work on complex group re-organisations, including restructuring and refinancing
  • Advise on shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our Corporate team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience working in corporate law within a law firm or in-house
  • A willingness to learn, drive your own career progression, and be proactive in achieving this
