Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to help us deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards, working closely with our Head Chef to ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a range of dishes to meet customer demand and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Participate in menu planning and development to ensure dishes meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive team culture.

Requirements
  • Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, or Commis Chef.
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.
