Join Our Team as a Commis Sommelier

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is seeking a skilled Commis Sommelier to join our Pavyllon team. As a Commis Sommelier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional wine service to our guests, working closely with our award-winning chefs to create memorable dining experiences.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Sommelier in managing the wine list and inventory
  • Provide expert wine knowledge to guests, making recommendations and pairing wines with our culinary creations
  • Work closely with the culinary team to create innovative wine pairings and menus
  • Ensure exceptional service standards, maintaining a clean and organized wine service area
  • Participate in wine tastings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest wine trends and developments
