Head Sommelier Opportunity

Smyth & Co is collaborating with a prestigious Private Members Club in the USA, located in the beautiful state of Florida.

We are seeking a highly experienced Head Sommelier to join our team in an elegant service setting, catering to VIPs, billionaires, and celebrities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the wine program and team of sommeliers
  • Develop and implement wine lists and menus
  • Provide exceptional wine service and knowledge to guests
  • Build relationships with wine suppliers and industry partners
  • Manage wine inventory and ordering
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Head Sommelier in a private members club, 5-star hotel, or Michelin-starred restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • WSET level 3 minimum
  • Ability to relocate to the USA for a 1-year fixed contract with possibility of renewal
