The Role - Sommelier

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sommelier to join our team. As a Sommelier, you will work closely with our Wine Director to recommend and sell wines to our discerning guests, ensuring that their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional. You will have the opportunity to participate in internal and external trainings, tastings, and help develop our wine list.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend and sell wines to guests, taking into account their tastes and menu choices
• Participate in wine tastings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest wine trends and developments
• Assist in the development of our wine list, ensuring that it is comprehensive and appealing to our guests
• Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, fine dining environment
• WSET or equivalent sommelier qualification (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Passion for service and exceptional guest service
