THE ROLE - SOMMELIER

Reporting
to the Wine Director, the sommelier will work with the Front of House team to recommend
and sell wines to our guests that will complement their tastes and menu
choices.  The sommelier will have the
opportunity to participate in various internal and external trainings opportunities,
tastings, and help with developing the wine list.



 Ideal
candidate must have previous experience from fast paced environment and fine
dining establishment.  WSET or equivalent
sommelier qualification is preferred but not essential.  They must have excellent presentation and
communication skills.  Sommelier
candidates must also have a passion for service and be able to demonstrate
exceptional guest service.
