Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Fire Safety Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in delivering expert advice on fire safety regulations and standards across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer specialized knowledge and support to our Structural Engineering, Building Physics, and Product Development teams.
- Deliver technical guidance on fire safety aspects related to Facade, Steel, modular, and other advanced building systems, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
- Oversee project management for fire testing initiatives on behalf of clients, including various testing methodologies.
- Conduct thorough reviews and provide recommendations on Fire Test Details.
- Innovate and develop construction products and systems tailored to meet client specifications.
- Maintain proactive engagement with clients, managing their expectations throughout project lifecycles.
- Drive business development efforts both domestically and internationally across all business sectors.
- Evaluate and refine project fire safety strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive desktop fire assessments based on completed fire testing.
- Conduct heat transfer modeling to support project objectives.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Fire Safety or Structural Engineering, complemented by relevant qualifications and experience.
