Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Onboarding Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for onboarding new strategic customers and ensuring their successful deployment on our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help new customers with onboarding and deployment during their first 30-60 days on the Deel platform
  • Become an expert user of the Deel platform to train customers and provide guidance on features and functionality
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Suggest process improvements and product automation to optimize customer onboarding workflows

Requirements

  • At least 2-5 years of experience in Customer Onboarding or Customer Success roles supporting B2B SaaS products
  • Focused, action-oriented, and able to anticipate next steps
  • High attention to detail and ability to design effective onboarding plans
  • Enjoy teaching others and building customer relationships
  • Team player with experience working in diverse teams
  • Driven and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Clear communication skills in written, presentation, and verbal formats
  • Based in the EMEA region

  • Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and time zones
  • Experience working on remote teams
  • Experience working at high-growth start-ups or scale-ups
  • Fintech or HRtech experience
  • Multilingual (fluency in English is essential, fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a bonus)
