As a Project Editor, you will play a key role in shaping our list of children's books, working with award-winning authors and partners to create beautifully illustrated books for children.
Key Responsibilities- Manage simultaneous projects at different stages of development, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality books, from outline stage to final product.
- Commission and manage external freelancers, authors, illustrators, and consultants to meet project requirements.
- Provide exceptional author care and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in children's culture and book publishing, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
