Behavioural Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Behavioural Teaching Assistant to join our team at a large English-medium secondary school in Caerphilly. The successful candidate will work closely with the ALN coordinator and teaching staff to provide essential support for students with Behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students with Autism, ADHD, and Behavioural difficulties
- Provide 1-to-1 support for pupils who need assistance in social, emotional, and mental health areas
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure students can access the curriculum according to their individual needs
- Enhanced DBS check (child only) and registration with the EWC
- Experience working with Behavioural needs
- Minimum of 5 GCSE A* - C
- Minimum of 2 references
- Positive approach and passion for making an impact on children with Behavioural needs
