About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Property Maintenance Operative to play a vital role in ensuring our properties meet the highest standards for re-letting. This full-time, permanent position will focus on maintaining and preparing homes within the South West region, specifically Exeter.

Your Responsibilities

  • Effectively address damp and mould issues in occupied properties.
  • Contribute to the smooth re-letting process by ensuring properties are ready for new tenants.
  • Conduct thorough property clearance tasks.
  • Maintain outdoor areas through garden clearance and basic ground maintenance.
  • Provide support to other members of the trades team as needed.
  • Clean and clear empty homes, preparing them for occupancy.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service within established performance targets.
  • Work diligently, adhering to procedures, and accurately record all relevant data.
  • Demonstrate physical capability to carry out tasks and lift weights safely, in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Essential Requirements
