Position Overview – Surface Coating Specialist

Wykes Engineering is seeking a dedicated Surface Coating Specialist to enhance our growing engineering team. We are in search of an individual with a background in surface preparation and the application of coatings to various components and assemblies across different materials.

Key Responsibilities and Experience:

  • Prepare, clean, prime, paint, and finish a variety of metals.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring quality at all stages.
  • Perform additional tasks within the engineering department as needed.
  • Previous experience in an engineering setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations consistently.
  • Exhibit a flexible approach to all responsibilities associated with this role.
  • Effectively manage time and demonstrate excellent organizational skills while working independently.
