Position Overview – Surface Coating Specialist

Wykes Engineering is in search of a dedicated Surface Coating Specialist to enhance our growing engineering team. We seek an individual with a solid background in surface preparation and the application of coatings to various components and assemblies made from different materials.

Key Responsibilities and Experience Required:

• Prepare, clean, prime, paint, and finish a variety of metal surfaces.
• Maintain high-quality standards in all tasks performed.
• Execute additional tasks within the engineering department as necessary.
• Prior experience in an engineering setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations consistently.
• Exhibit a flexible approach to all responsibilities associated with this role.
• Demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills, taking initiative when required.
