Job Description

Job Title: Project Management Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Team Lead to join our team at Wabtec Corporation. As a Project Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects for Wabtec Rail Limited, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of projects in line with project plans and specifications set by the customer.
  • Produce internal reports to the Executive Team on the status of the project, including cost to complete, cash flow, and project performance reports.
  • Manage project risks and opportunities to ensure a successful outcome for the project.
  • Comply with company quality assurance processes (QAPs) and ensure compliance is achieved by the project.
  • Ensure project milestones are achieved in support of planned implementation.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and Safety departments.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable project management experience.
  • Proven ability to develop, lead, and implement projects with high business impact.
  • Proven financial, quantitative, and data analysis skills.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Recognised Project Management qualification or equivalent industrial experience.
