Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at Wealmoor, a leading provider of fresh fruits and vegetables. As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve quality standards of products and processes
- Ensure compliance with the 'Quality Manual' and 'Good Manufacturing Practice'
- Support, coach, mentor, and develop the Quality Control team
- Implement and review BRC, TFMS, HACCP, and Operational Hygiene and Safety practices
- Produce high-quality insightful reports using the business data capture system
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Science, Horticulture, or Agricultural Based Discipline
- Experience in a production environment or agricultural/quality or growing environment
- Essential experience in a Q.C. role
- Fluent English – Both written and verbal
- Additional languages to a verbal standard may be beneficial
- Flexible with working patterns. Live within commuting distance of place of work
