We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Counsellor and Wellbeing Adviser to join our team at South Thames Colleges Group. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and external agencies

Requirements:
- Registered professional with substantial counselling experience, particularly with children and young people
- Strong empathy, communication, and caseload management skills
- Qualification in Counselling at Diploma Level or higher and membership of an ethical body, such as BACP, UKCP, or NCS
- Significant understanding and experience of providing a professional Wellbeing Support service, particularly with children and young people
