The Role: Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our contracts, encompassing planning, management, and delivery of high-quality grounds maintenance services.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations on assigned contracts, including task scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Manage and motivate a team of grounds maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Collaborate with Contract Managers to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Monitor costs and expenditures, ensuring efficient budget management within allocated resources.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and identify areas for improvement or potential risks.
  • Utilize handheld devices and computer systems for task management, reporting, and communication.
