Estee Lauder - Brand Representative

Job Summary:

Estee Lauder is a leading beauty company seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Brand Representative. As a Brand Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our products, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service and create a unique in-store experience for each customer
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their benefits
  • Effectively communicate product knowledge to customers and make recommendations based on their needs
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the store
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
