  • Washing and sanitising all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure they are ready for the next service.

  • Managing waste by emptying trash bins and replacing liners to maintain a hygienic workspace.

  • Assisting with the closing procedures of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
  • Complying with health and safety regulations, including the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and waste disposal.
