Job Title: Multi Skilled Plasterer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Plasterer to join our Repairs & Maintenance team at Rochdale Boroughwide Housing.

About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Plasterer, you will be responsible for undertaking repairs and maintenance works to our property portfolio to ensure our homes are always safe and secure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake repairs and maintenance works to our property portfolio, including plastering, decorating, and other multi-trade tasks.
  • Work at heights, using ladders and/or scaffolding, and in confined spaces, as required.
  • Manage and plan a varied workload with competing demands, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Participate in the emergency repairs call-out service, working outside normal hours as and when required.
  • Hold a full UK driving license and have a strong customer focus.
  • Have a recognized Plastering qualification, such as City & Guilds or NVQ, and previous experience of working within a repairs and maintenance service.
