Skilled Tradesperson

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our Repairs & Maintenance team at Rochdale Boroughwide Housing.

As a Plastering and Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking repairs and maintenance works to our property portfolio to ensure our homes are safe and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake repairs and maintenance works to our property portfolio.
• Work with a strong customer focus to deliver excellent service.
• Hold a recognised Plastering qualification and have previous experience of working within a repairs and maintenance service.
• Have excellent multi-trade ability, knowledge, and experience.
• Be comfortable working at heights, using ladders and/or scaffolding, and in confined spaces.
• Manage and plan a varied workload with competing demands.
• Participate in the emergency repairs call-out service.
