The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative systems, ensuring maximum performance and excellent service to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide administrative support to the Home Manager and other members of the team
* Manage financial and general administration, including invoicing and debt collection
* Develop and implement effective credit control and debt management strategies
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
**Requirements**
* Proven track record in financial administration
* Previous working knowledge of payroll systems and invoicing
