About the Role

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Paediatric Bladder and Bowel Care Specialist Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our Paediatric Bladder and Bowel Care Team, you will play a vital role in providing education and training to Early Years settings to promote Healthy Bladders and Bowels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training and education to Early Years settings on the support given to children who have not achieved continence due to their additional needs.
  • Implement a structured toileting programme within early years settings and advise and support staff.
  • Provide proactive advice for the achievement of toilet training for children who have had a delay in this developmental milestone.
