MAN Commercial Protection is seeking a Recruitment Operations Supervisor to assist our Recruitment Team in the interviewing and onboarding processes for new talent nationwide. This position requires daily travel, utilizing a company vehicle.
This role is perfect for candidates with a background in security. Reporting directly to our Recruitment Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with various key stakeholders.
The position operates on a 4-on-4 off schedule, with the flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessary.
Shift hours: 07:00-19:00, with flexibility.
Compensation: £12.50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dependable support to the recruitment team.
- Manage the complete recruitment process for diverse roles within the organization: sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and performing ID verification and right to work checks.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of recruitment documentation.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for potential candidates and new hires.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees.
- Exhibit confidence in leading and supporting existing staff.
- Maintain communication with management, control room, and clients.
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to travel to various locations during shifts.
- Exceptional communication and written English skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Comprehensive 5-year checkable work/education history.
- Current SIA SG or DS Licence.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.
