  • Support the Shop Manager in overseeing daily shop activities.
  • Facilitate the generation of donations and manage stock deliveries.
  • Ensure effective display and merchandising to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle cash transactions.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team of volunteers.

Training and Development: The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training to support their journey in retail management.

Compensation: This role offers a salary of £23,400 pro rata per annum, equivalent to £12 per hour, with a commitment of 16 hours per week on a flexible schedule. Benefits include:
