Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to join our team at Osborne Appointments. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation logistics, managing vehicle records, and providing administrative support to our transport team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate transportation schedules and routes to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and other relevant data
  • Provide administrative support to the transport team, including responding to correspondence, updating records, and performing other tasks as needed
  • Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment, preferably with a focus on coordination and administration
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
