Sell-side Order Management System Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sell-side Order Management System Implementation Specialist to join our Enterprise Services team at Bloomberg. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients by scoping, deploying, and integrating our solutions within their existing businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Work with Sales to analyze client workflows, gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose our solution, including scoping and presenting it to the client.
- Manage the implementation of sales in line with our standard procedures, working with our EMEA client base to customize our products to meet client requirements.
- Ensure new clients are set up to extract maximum benefit from our products.
- Define procedures for implementing new products.
- Work with Product teams on implementation-related new builds to ensure delivery in line with commitments.
- Identify opportunities to expand the product franchise within the client post-implementation.
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in financial services or a financial technology company.
- Experience implementing Sell-side OMS.
- Client-facing experience covering the Fixed Income market.
- Proven experience scoping engagements, gathering requirements, and defining complex front-office workflows.
- Proven experience in both independent and collaborative working environments in a fast-moving business.
- Demonstrated history of solving complex problems with a keen eye for detail and a meticulous level of precision.
- Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in Sales or Account Management in the sell-side Fixed Income industry.
- Prior experience in TOMS or another Sell-side OMS.
