About the Role

Liberty Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing strategic HR support to our business units, ensuring that our employees are equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, performance management, and absence management.
  • HR Policy Implementation: Ensure that HR policies are implemented consistently across the organization and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Work with business units to develop recruitment plans, talent management strategies, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Trade Union Partnerships: Develop and maintain good working relationships with our Trade Union partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent: A strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Employee Relations and TUPE experience: Proven experience in employee relations and TUPE.
  • UK Employment Legislation and Best Practice: Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain good relationships with managers, employees, and Trade Unions.
