HR Business Partner Opportunity

Ralph Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join the People Team of a leading national business based in Salford Quays.

About the Role

This is a new position due to considerable growth, which will primarily be based at the Manchester office and may require some travel to other sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a collaborative relationship with the management team and People Team to support the Group's growth and strategy plans.
  • Complete site visits, ensuring support to each area of the business is given face-to-face on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Work with and provide guidance to management on managing absence with their teams, ER case handling, and completing any necessary training to enable managers to manage their teams effectively.
  • Complete TUPE, restructures, and redundancy projects as and when required.
  • Complete ER dashboards for monitoring headcount, absence, casework, exit interviews, and weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc).
  • Complete People Team projects, ensuring this is completed in line with the People Strategy.
