Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our estate planning team at Sellick Partnership. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of administrators to deliver high standards of service and support to legal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of administrators to deliver operational work and meet set service level agreements
  • Prioritize your own and the team's workload to ensure efficient delivery of tasks
  • Provide training and support to develop the team and assist with recruitment
  • Prepare management reports on team performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Experience as a legal administrator or previous team leader experience in a professional services industry
  • Ability to inclusively lead, support, develop, and engage a diverse team to deliver on service levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and experience in handling large volumes of paperwork and inbound calls
