At Gather & Gather, we are passionate about great food and great coffee. We are currently recruiting for a Team Dining Hub Supervisor at Southampton Football Stadium.

As a Team Dining Hub Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and operating the Bistro, running the service in accordance with the client requirements and G&G standards.

You will be responsible for the performance of the Bistro assistants and ensuring excellent customer service always provided in line with service excellence standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and operating the Bistro
  • Responsible for the performance of the Bistro assistants
  • Complete and enter stock takes as per company guidance
  • Complete ordering and manage stock levels on a weekly basis in line with menu
  • Ensure daily food safety checks are completed and recorded
