Responsibilities

* Management of the finance team and day-to-day finance operations
* Production of monthly profit and loss accounts for the care homes
* Balance sheet analysis and working capital control
* Development of management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
* Cost management reporting and liaison with stakeholders
* Supporting growth management projects with analysis and reporting
Requirements
------------
* Fully qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent
* Excellent Excel skills (Lookups, Modelling)
* Good understanding of ERP systems
