As a key member of our EMEA Softlines community, you'll be responsible for managing and executing the Home category strategy across the region. Your expertise in licensing and retail will help us achieve our revenue targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute category strategic plans for the Home categories
* Lead relationships with regional/multi-territory licensees in the Home categories
* Negotiate and execute licensing deals, onboarding, business plans, range creation and management, distribution, marketing plans, forecasting, reporting, and performance management
* Support the Director – Softlines with the management of the EMEA Softlines community, with a focus on the Home categories
* Identify new trends and product innovation to meet consumer demand and enhance WBD brands in the market

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of previous regional Home or Fashion licensing and/or retail buying experience
* Graduate standard or graduate calibre education
* Strong numeracy skills and commercial awareness
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work in a hybrid work model
