Bauer Media Group is seeking a driven and analytical Digital Audio Data Analyst to join our dynamic team.

We are committed to enhancing the audio experience for our listeners, and data-driven insights play a crucial role in achieving this goal. As part of our Digital Team, you will collaborate closely with various departments, including Commercial, Content, Marketing, and Product, to leverage data for strategic decision-making.

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze diverse data sources, extract meaningful insights, and present them in a clear and concise manner. You will build interactive dashboards using tools like Looker and GA4 to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards business objectives.

What You'll Do:
  • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into performance metrics.
  • Evaluate market trends and customer behavior to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on audience demographics, listening habits, and content preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the digital media industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of statistical concepts.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker and GA4.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information.
