OM Digital Solutions Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our Pro Audio division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support and training to our partners and resellers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all nominated regions.
- Collaborate with internal Territory Managers to identify areas for improved sales support and implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with our Partners, Distributors, and 3rd Party Resellers to ensure they have the necessary resources and training to successfully promote our Pro Audio product range.
- Coordinate and manage regular online webinars to support product training and demonstrations.
- Be the trusted advisor for our Distribution Partners, developing regular training and support activities for their 3rd Party dealer network.
- Strong technical knowledge of sales support and training principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Office software (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- Additional language skills are a plus.
