About the RoleThis full-time programme provides health and social care professionals the opportunity to complete high-quality training in the key skills required to be an evidence-based practitioner working in Parenting (PT), completing the CYP Evidence-Based Training.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Incredible Years group delivery and individual home coach training to parents of children under 5.
- Participate in model-specific supervision in Incredible Years.
- Attend PT skills-based workshops and evidence-based theory and literature relating to supporting the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children between the ages of 3 and 10 years old and their parents/carers.
- Two years post-qualification in a core profession as defined by the BABCP (e.g. Health Visitors, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, etc).
- OR a minimum of 4 years' experience of working with children, young people, and families (including parenting work).
- An annual paid leave entitlement that commences at 25 working days, plus bank holidays.
- Up to 6% matched-pension contributions.
