About The Role

As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical care that exceeds professional standards, statutory requirements, and regulatory expectations. This will involve providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager, and supervising and coaching colleagues to provide a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident needs.

About You

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Deputy Home Manager with a background in person-centred care planning within a care home. This role requires a strong understanding of the importance of person-centred care in driving every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes.

Safeguarding

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and it is essential that you are able to recognise the signs that may indicate possible abuse, harm, or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas.
