Job Summary:

As a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the nursing and care teams, conducting clinical audits, and ensuring excellent medicines management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursing and care teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Conduct regular clinical audits to ensure excellent medicines management and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide strong leadership and staff supervision on the nursing floor to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse / Deputy Home Manager in a care home setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
