Your role will involve providing a first point of contact for patient enquiries, resolving queries efficiently, and working collaboratively with clinical and patient services staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for patient enquiries, responding promptly and professionally via telephone, email, or face-to-face.
- Manage patient referrals, booking appointments, and ensuring accurate patient data.
- Work collaboratively with clinical and patient services staff to deliver high standards of patient care.
- Liaise with NHS providers to manage onward patient referrals and optimize clinic capacity.

We are seeking an experienced administrator with a strong background in providing administrative support in a healthcare setting. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
