Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for patient enquiries, responding promptly and professionally via telephone, email, or face-to-face.
  • Manage patient referrals, booking appointments, and ensuring accurate patient data.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and patient services staff to deliver high standards of patient care.
  • Liaise with NHS providers to manage onward patient referrals and optimize clinic capacity.
