Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Ophthalmology Patient Services Team based in Rochdale. The successful candidate will provide a high-quality administrative service to patients and colleagues across the patient pathway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Ophthalmology Patient Services Team
  • Manage patient referrals, bookings, and data accurately
  • Respond to patient enquiries and resolve queries efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with clinical and patient services staff to deliver high standards of service

About the Role

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. The successful candidate will have previous administration experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work on their own initiative.
