The Client Relations Manager will play a crucial role in attracting candidates to our apprenticeship levy-funded initiatives, guiding them from initial inquiry to successful enrollment, while also building a sustainable pipeline of prospective applicants.

This position involves cultivating and maintaining trusted relationships with senior executives, including heads of HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and apprenticeship leaders across various sectors.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders, including internal teams, to represent the 'voice of the customer' and ensure an exceptional experience for both learners and clients.

This dynamic role presents an exciting opportunity to engage in meaningful work within a vibrant and growing team during a period of significant expansion.

Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of meeting targets, with substantial experience in client relations or business development, and proficiency in consultative sales techniques.

The role demands excellence in rapport building, communication, influence, active listening, presentation skills, organization, account management, and customer service.

Familiarity with apprenticeship levy-funded programmes and/or the higher education sector is advantageous, though not mandatory.

As a proponent of continuous learning and development, candidates should also exhibit a strong commitment to their own professional growth.
