Account Manager - Direct Mail

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of projects and exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and effective cost management.
  • Monitor client satisfaction through regular surveys and service review meetings.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve client outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the direct mail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Management Information Systems (e.g., Shuttleworth).
  • Knowledge of lithographic printing, digital printing, and mailing services.
