Aerospace & Defence Business Development Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at ForrestBrown. As a key member of our Business Growth team, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth and expansion through innovative incentives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sophisticated business development strategy to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry associations, accountancy practices, and other referrers.
- Provide expert guidance on innovative incentives, including R&D tax, to clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with our R&D Practice and wider Business Growth Team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce effectively to manage relationships and prospects pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Share sales best practices, knowledge, and experience with the wider team to drive success.
- 5+ years' experience in a fast-paced B2B relationship development, business development, or account management role.
- Experience in industries such as fintech, SaaS, engineering, professional services, or tech startups.
- Proficiency in using a CRM like Salesforce.
- Ability to proactively build and manage a sustainable pipeline of business.
