Job Summary:

The Head of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) is a senior management role responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of employees, the environment, and the quality of products or services. This role requires periodic travel to our other sites, including our Cotswold Energy business based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Monitor, review, and report on HSEQ performance and progress against targets.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to minimize potential hazards.
  • Design and deliver HSEQ training programs to build capability and awareness across the organization.

  • Develop and implement environmental management systems to minimize the organization's environmental impact.
